1. Our Guarantee

At LovShift, we stand behind the quality of our services. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on our conversion services. If you are not satisfied with the results, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

2. One-Time Services (Conversion Plans)

Eligible for Refund

  • Request made within 14 days of purchase
  • Conversion has not been downloaded or deployed
  • Service did not deliver the described functionality
  • Technical issues that prevent the converted project from working

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Request made after 14 days of purchase
  • Converted project has been downloaded and deployed
  • Dissatisfaction due to user's own hosting or configuration issues
  • Change of mind after successful conversion

3. Subscription Services (Sync & Co-pilot)

Subscription services can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

4. Add-ons and Integrations

Add-on purchases (such as AI Code Review, Security Audit, etc.) are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been delivered or used. Once the add-on service has been performed, refunds are not available.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order details
  2. Include your account email and the reason for your request
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

6. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, please contact us to discuss further. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we ask that you contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
