LovShift provides tools and services to help users convert and migrate web application projects from no-code and AI platforms (including but not limited to Lovable, Base44, Bolt.new, Replit, v0.dev, Bubble, Webflow, and FlutterFlow) to self-hosted infrastructure. This includes automated code conversion, technology stack configuration, AI-assisted editing, and related services. LovShift is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Lovable Labs Inc., Base44 Ltd., StackBlitz Inc., Replit Inc., Vercel Inc., Bubble Group Inc., or any other third-party platform.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

You have the legal right to use and migrate any code or content you submit to our Service
You own or have proper licenses for all intellectual property in the projects you convert
You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the code and content you submit to LovShift. The converted output generated by our Service is also your property. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your input or output.

4.2 Our Service

The LovShift platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.

Prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change with notice
One-time payments are non-recurring and provide the specified service
Subscription services are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Applicable taxes may be added to the displayed price

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for our conversion services. If you are not satisfied with the conversion result, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the conversion has not been downloaded or deployed. 7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LovShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that converted code will function identically to the original source in all environments.
